Purpose

Feelings Bunny PawFit is an in-store pet clothing try-on kiosk. Customers take or upload a pet photo, receive a 3-digit pickup code, and may send that code to our Instagram professional account to receive a private result link.

Data We Process

• Pet photo submitted at the kiosk.
• Generated try-on result images.
• 3-digit pickup code, job token, status, timestamps, and selected garment name.
• Instagram sender ID and Instagram message ID when a customer sends a pickup code by DM.

How We Use Data

We use this data only to generate and deliver the customer's pet try-on images, show pickup status, manage local job operations, and send the result link by Instagram DM after the customer initiates contact with a pickup code.

Retention

Try-on jobs and images are designed to be retained for 24 hours for pickup purposes, then removed by scheduled cleanup. Staff may also delete jobs earlier from the admin screen.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Result images are processed through our hosting and image-generation providers only as needed to provide the try-on service.
