Automatic Deletion

Pet try-on jobs and generated images are designed to expire after 24 hours. Expired jobs are removed by scheduled cleanup. Store staff may also delete jobs earlier from the admin screen.

Request Deletion

If you want us to delete a try-on job before the 24-hour expiry, please contact us through Instagram at @feelingsbunny.hk.

What To Include

• Your 3-digit pickup code, if available.
• The approximate time you used the kiosk.
• The Instagram account used to send the pickup code, if you contacted us by DM.

What We Delete

We will delete the related try-on job, source pet photo, generated result images, pickup code link, and any stored Instagram sender/message identifiers connected to that pickup job.
